Briefings That Stick on the Floor

Keep claim language, sampling limits, and photo proof consistent across every promoter.

Long decks do not survive a humid mall corridor. Put the offer, the forbidden claims, and the sampling cap on one page promoters can open on a phone.

Practice the first thirty seconds of the shopper conversation out loud. If it sounds stiff in the room, it will sound worse next to a busy checkout.

Photo proof needs a standard: wide setup shot, close claim shot, and empty-table shot at close. Ambiguous photo asks create empty folders at week end.

End every briefing with the route sheet for day one. People remember where they are going better than they remember slide seven.
