Agreement

By using runtime-linkhub.digital and requesting services from Runtime Linkhub Trade Marketing (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you are requesting work on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Services

We provide trade marketing services focused on field marketing coordination, including field route coordination, promoter deployment planning, activation day briefing, coverage mapping and territories, visit reporting loops, and field supervisor coaching. Descriptions and prices on this site are informational. A separate written brief or confirmation defines scope, timing, fees, and deliverables for paid work.

No online checkout

This website does not process payments or complete purchases. Submitting a form is a request for contact, not a binding order until we confirm in writing.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate store lists, campaign dates, brand guidelines, promoter constraints, and retailer access or introductions needed for coordination. Delays in access, approvals, or materials may shift timelines.

Intellectual property

Pre-existing brand assets remain yours. Route plans, deployment rosters, briefing materials, maps, and reporting templates we create for a confirmed engagement are licensed for your internal trade use as stated in the engagement confirmation. Site content, branding, and design of runtime-linkhub.digital remain ours.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content through forms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or from retail outcomes beyond our agreed deliverables. Our liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangkok unless we agree otherwise in writing.
