Closing the Visit Reporting Loop
Light check-ins beat abandoned forms. Design fields supervisors will actually review.
If a form takes longer than the visit itself, it will not be filled honestly. Limit required fields to arrival, stock or setup note, and the photo set you truly use.
Supervisors need a daily roll-up that fits a commute read — misses, stockouts, and retailer friction — not a dump of every free-text comment.
Agree naming rules for photos before day one. Folder chaos is how evidence disappears before the brand review.
Close the loop in a short week-end summary to marketing. When feedback returns the same week, promoters still remember the store and the fix sticks.
